This is Madame Leota in the crystal ball in the instrument or seance Room in the Haunted Mansion. It is Limited Edition, Retired from 2010.  From a series of 12 book pins, one released each month. Each magazine pin has the date on the top, this is for Janurary 2010 so is pin # 1 of 12 in the set.  The full cover reads, "Live the afterlife you love," "Madama Leota's favorite incantations," "Plus: seven deadly secrets for sparkling crystal." Very nice and hard to find.
