This is the two Gentleman Dueling Gunmen who's portraits hand in the Ballroom or Dining Room in the Haunted Mansion. It is Limited Edition, Retired from 2010, and New on Themed card.  From a series of 12 book pins, one released each month. Each magazine pin has the date on the top, this is for March 2010 so is pin # 3 of 12 in the set.  The full cover reads, "March 2010 - Dealing with "Duel" Personalities, 13 Ways to be a Better Fiend!" Very nice and hard to find.
