April is the month we celebrate Easter with fresh flowers, sweet smelling green grass, colorful eggs, and candy. Also by dressing up and being with friends and family. All of these wonderful holiday things are captured inside Disney Easter pins.
The highly collectable pins are like jewelry to me, as I wear them to celebrate or to show off how I'm feeling for the day.
Pinning them onto your shoulder makes any outfit so much more, and it makes a great conversation starter for all the Disney fans who will see it and comment on how pretty it is.
If you don't want to wear your Disney trading pin you can use it like the artwork it really is and put it in your house to admire. People might have only a few Disney Easter pins that they picked up on a vacation or maybe was given to as a gift. Or some people (like me) might have a whole lot of pins in their collection because these little pieces of metal are very addictive and make you happy.
If you do end up collecting more Easter Disney pins than you know what to do with you can start a project. You can go shopping for a pretty frame with glass casing and make art for your wall. You can poke them into a foam or cork board and put it up anywhere you need some uplifting Disney flair like in your work office.
They also make lovely gifts for friends and family. I have listed some of my extra pins for sale in my online pin store at Everything-Mousey-Pins.com if you want to take a look. :)
Walt Disney World, Disneyland, shopDisney, Disney Store, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Disney Cruise Line, plus more places all sell pins for people to purchase. Some pins that are released are called "Limited Edition" and are made in a certain quantity and then never made again. Some pins that are "Open Edition" are made for years and years and are easy and cheap to get. Disney manufactures certain pins to be more rare and valuable, just like collecting Coins or Baseball cards, it's fun to try and find the rare ones you love or need.
Once a pin has "retired" and cannot be bought in stores anymore you can still find people who are willing to sell or trade it to you so don't despair. Pin trading is a big thing online. If you want to try just check out Facebook or Instagram.
Whatever you decide to do with your pins I'm sure you will have fun!!
