The middle 3D layer is Donald Duck in a row boat on a shiny metallic blue ocean. He is looking in amazement at a beautiful girl that he found. The third or top layer is 3D pin on pin element Mermaid with black hair and green tail from Peter Pan's Mermaid Lagoon in Neverland, she is perched on a rock giving him a look.  This is very rare and Limited Edition of 500, but this is the hard to find Artist Proof stamped version and is LE of about 75 or less from 2006.
